Astilleros de Mallorca
Port Tarraco hosts representative offices of one of the most important Yacht refit and repair shipyards in the Mediterranean and one of the few left in the world with proprietary in-house workshops.
Founded in 1942, Astilleros de Mallorca is a fully equipped and specialised shipyard, offering a wide range of services, from refit and repair to technical expertise and advice, spares and equipment procurement and planned maintenance management. The Port Tarraco´s office of Astilleros de Mallorca dispose with
experienced management team with varied backgrounds, including naval architects and technical experts, backed by a team of highly specialised craftsmen.
Operating across four sites, the main integrated shipyard in Palma, the adjacent STP yard, Freire's new build shipyard in Vigo and now Port Tarraco, Astilleros de Mallorca meets all the required quality and safety requisites of the most important Classification Societies and Associations.
Nautipaints Group
Port Tarraco hosts a branch of this important group that offers a wide range of services focused on the mega yacht sector. They are specialists in painting projects to the highest standards, but also offer excellent varnish finishes and painting work below the waterline such as antifouling and sandblasting of tanks. They manage their projects with experienced Project Managers and their large team enables them to successfully meet their growing demand.
Founded in 1971, they have more than 50 years of experience and are present in the Balearic Islands, mainland Spain and the South of France. Every year they carry out projects in different parts of Europe for clients or companies in the sector who are looking for excellence in the maintenance of their yachts.
PTW Shipyard
In the past years, they have dedicated substantial resources to elevate their team and facilities, transforming PTW Shipyard into a hub for yacht refit and repair. From upholstery to joinery, and hydraulics to specialist electronics, they have assembled their dedicated in-house teams, ensuring service quality and meticulous attention to detail with every project.
PTW prides themselves on having their teams for engineering, metalwork, electrics, systems, AV/IT networks, yacht paint, carpentry & interiors. This approach ensures a consistent service offering you peace of mind.
Their travelift can handle vessels up to 300tn, accommodating yachts up to 45 metres on their extensive hard standing. They are also equipped to work on larger yachts, up to 120 metres, right at the client’s berth in Marina Port Tarraco.
